Deposits & Cancellations

Once an appointment time has been agreed upon, the deposit is required within 15 minutes to secure your booking.

As I accept a limited number of appointments, dates and times are not held without a deposit. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the appointment will remain available to others.

All deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. With sufficient notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a new appointment date, at my discretion.

Cancellations within 48 hours, failture to attend, or significant changes to the agreed booking with the result in the deposit being forfeited.

Your booking is confirmed only once the depsoit has been received.
